I lost my Paytm account and can’t access it,I was using Paytm postpaid on that account.When account got hacked I had to pay bill of approximately ₹1900.But since the account was gone I couldn’t access the account and pay the bill.
Few days later I received a call from Aditya Birla for my loan repayment I immediately told them to send any link.They had a problem sending a link to my account so I gave them my family member’s number to send the link.They told me to pay around ₹2300 and I agreed to pay and paid the bill.
From next month that was February I received a call again concerning my bill repayment from Aditya Birla finance,they told me to pay the bill I again agreed I just wanted to clear the bill.But that time they didn’t agreed to send bill payment link to any other number.
From March I stopped receiving calls but I am receiving emails concerning my bill amount increased by ₹50 every month.
I tried many times to get access to my old account but Paytm service is the worst and they are not even cooperative.
For now I think I have to pay again ₹500 bill to them,but they are not sending any messages or calls concerning my bill.They are just adding late fees.
