Got a call on 15th August around 4 21 PM from this number 91 8452825333
I Declined the call. again got the on the next minute from the same number
91 8452825333 lifted the call after lifting the call the IVR language said my
paytm account got compramised so verify the OTP 717997 number to
identify your identity so I entered the OTP. after that the fraud transaction
got happend and the 15999 amount got debited from paytm postpaid
wallet. I have contacted the paytm support they said postpaid department
doesnt have the toll free/customer care so they paytm customer support
sent a msg to report through chat support for paytm postpaid fraud
transaction through support ticket DM708579307110891 after 2days of
investigation they are not ready to refund my amount. please help me on
this fraud transaction
