Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Paytm Customer and I have Paytm Postpaid facility,from few months I used this service and paid due amount before stipulated time period.but this month on 06-05-2022 amount of 4438.57 rupees unexpectedly debited from my postpaid wallet towards E-commerce(Order ID:15131109951 and Transaction ID:15120220506165675584)actually this transaction not intiated by me,for this I raised a complaint Number,amount refunded(4438.57) happy for that.after the gap of 3 minutes again amount debited two times.Amount of 3183.28(Order ID:15148465452 and Transaction ID:15120220509199249931) and amount of 798.78(Order ID:15148576662, Transaction ID:15120220509199280835) the debited amount also towards E E-commerce but this transaction not intiated by me again that two times debited amount not refunded again.on June 1st 2022 bill got generate to pay due.please do justice in this regard sir/Madam.The Secrennshots depicts this problem has attached with this complaint.please solve this problem as early as possible.
