I made a transaction on 31st December 2022 using PayTM where I used pay to a phone number option and it chosen PayTM postpaid number. Then I paid to the same number and got trxn failed. On same day later realised that PayTM postpaid account still got debited. I tried to reach the customer care of the PayTM where there is no proper support for false trxn and not even a customer support number. Only chatbot option which are available are also not helpful. Please help me get my deducted money back into my PayTM postpaid ir wallet account.
