I have paid my bills on paytm postpaid and the agent assured me that all my late fee charges will be relieved and after paying my dues they blocked my paytm postpaid account and the due of late fee is still there and they keep on adding it every time .i tried calling the agent many times but they don’t recieve the call this is affecting my Credit Score very much .
