7 months back I used paytm postpaid account and used 3500 credit,I made repayment late ,I was fined 500 rs late fee, one day their executive called me saying if you pay on call your late fee will be waived off and I did the same ,but after the payment my account was not closed and it still showing in the cibil report unpaid loans and ,they are compounding the late fee month after month, from 500 its now standing at 1600+, I have tried multiple times to raise the issue there is no way to contact the support team as they provide only automated messaging service which doesn’t list my complaint categorie
