Text of Complaint by Nikhil:

I’m user of paytm postpaid and i paid my dues on time everytime but last time due to the some issue i was unable to make a payment on due date but the next day morning i paid but tha paytm charged me late fees and that late fees is not considered fair . They charged me 885 as a late charge for a single day but The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has instructed banks and credit card issuers that they may only impose late penalties three days after a payment is missed. So i want to file a complaint on paytm because it’s a clear indication that they think they are superior than RBI as they do whatever they want and charge as much as they want and also doesn’t listen to the RBI guidelines. And i also want them to refund my 885 rupees which i paid them as late fees
