I’m user of Paytm postpaid but one day my account was not open so I made new account with same number but i can’t see the details of postpaid bill and uses then contact to postpaid customers many time since 9oct 2022 i made ticket raised and talk to customer care but no one can help me, then I used to help Instagram and Twitter to connect with Paytm but they also not help me, then after panelty I got call from postpaid department that pay your bill and told them that I was contacted you before billed date but no one can help me than you you take panelty from me I don’t pay so he call me that please pay your bill first panelty is waived after 5 days now they call me after 10 days daily 2-3times and said to me that panelty not waived please pay you panelty, my October paytm postpaid bill generated on 5 nov 2022 but problem was happen on 7th October after paying September bill, then I raised a ticket to Paytm for this problem but no one can help till bill generated when bill is generated on 5nov they again don’t call after panelty they call me for payment. Please help me
