When i started my paytm postpaid to pay for the transaction at myntra after the paytment i payed the amount of paytm postpaid and then i returned the order and myntra refunded for that order and my money goes in paytm postpaid so used that amount for another transaction and called the customer care executive several time to deactivate my account but they didn’t responded they also charge convenience fee which i have payed and after that again i call them to deactivate but they didn’t responded and after that i had done one transaction by mistake and payed them immediately but the app is showing that i didn’t payed the amount and they are adding late fees and asking me to take actions if i didn’t pay the amount.
