I was constantly requesting to close my postpaid acct since Apr 22. But every month company promise to close after bill payment but they kept it on. On 8 July 22 finally I got message that my account will be closed within 3 days. In sep 22 I started getting calls that my bill is pending in month of August 22. I tried to call customer care but there is no way to connect operator for Paytm postpaid. My issue is not listed in 24/7 chat box. Company close chat box without any response. I am receiving threads call from third party recovery agents through suspicious 5 digit nos. They have my information more than me.
