I used paytm postpaid and paytm lodged late fee of 295 on me along with the amount which I was liable to pay. I paid all except 44.96 rupees which I paid on 23rd of October. But still I am blocked by paytm postpaid though I requested them telling that due to Diwali festival and my mom’s serious illness I need postpaid but paytm postpaid team is ignoring me continously.
Please help me and get my account unblocked.
