Text of Complaint by Heena Kishwar:

Sir
I used Paytm postpaid once and paid the bill of around Rs. 531 including convenience charges. After that I never used it fearing high convenience charges. After few days, I don’t know how my Paytm postpaid is misused or by whom, it generated bill of Rs. 4,331 in June/July 2022. I tried to contact Paytm regarding the concern but there was no solution from Paytm customer care saying they couldn’t help me with Postpaid transactions. I tried contacting Aditya Birla financial group on the number they provided in Google search, but it was never reachable. Sometimes I got calls saying we are calling from Paytm Postpaid for Bill due. I conveyed my issue saying I didn’t use the said amount, they assured me they’ll update the same. Feeling exhausted, I stopped doing anything. But my Paytm Postpaid bill is increasing repeatedly with penalty of late fee every month. How do I get the solution?
