i had used paytm postpaid and spent 7665.41 and i had paid this amount after receiving call from them and on call i paid after they waived off my late fee.they told me that it will be updated soon.but late fee was still showing at that time and now they are still continously charging penalty on that late fee and raised the amount to 2182.95 and continously calling and messaging me and saying that they will take legal action.but where is my fault i dont understand.please help me to get over this.
