I made a transaction of 910 rupees through Paytm postpaid to ola cabs. The transaction on Paytm app says successful and the postpaid amount was deducted. But the Ola merchant has not received it. I tried reaching out to Paytm customer support for over a week and still
Not able to contact them (neither on app nor on call). And I’m forced to pay for something which was not even paid for.
