I got one more call today saying Paytm Postpaid and that lady was not even listening to me. She right away started yelling and abusing me. I tried to explain things to her and she was not ready to listen. She was blackmailing me and threatening me. No reputed organization would behave this way. I don’t know who these people are but they are just torchering me. I even made a payment of 10,000 yesterday.
I’m hoping you will take an action on this at the earliest. The number that i got a call from today was +91 91334 08434. She was very abusive and she’s calling me names. That’s not how you talk to the customers is what i feel. I’m devastated by their calls.
