I have taken some pay later loan from Paytm postpaid. Due to some family situations i have made the partial payment for this month and informed them that i will be doing the partial payments closing the balance as i will not be able to pay it in full due to my situation. I then waited for their calls or messages. I even tried to reach out to them but none of those numbers work. They don’t have a proper customer service team. Their emails addresses don’t work. They blocked my postpaid account, well and good. I don’t want to take any money from that anyway. There’s no scope to contact them on our own and today all of a sudden i got a message from a weird number saying they will file an FIR against me at the nearest police station and seize the property coming to my place. How can they do that? This is insane. When i texted that number in whatsapp he immediately deleted that message. These are threatening messages and I for sure know law is against this kind of calls or messages from any kind of bank. I had really good opinion on paytm but they are torchering me to be honest. I would at least expect a call from them to explain my situation but there is no scope to get in touch with them.
Please take an action on the number 8501886853 who has been harassing me in the name of law. And please make a genuine paytm customer care executive to call me so that i can explain my situation again though it was explained before.
