I have a Paytm payment merchant account and Paytm provided Paytm postpaid credit to me which i am using from a very long time. In the month of September i have transact Rs. 3407 from Paytm postpaid but failed to pay before due date (07.10.2022) because i was out of station and having network issues so after few days Paytm Postpaid executive called me for recovery i told them the same issue and i have denied to pay that late fee Rs. (500+Taxes) but agree to pay my due amount Rs. 3407/- . After few days they called me again for payment and this time they assure me that if i pay that amount than the late fee has been waived off so i have paid Rs. 3407 on 28.10.2022 but they have not waived late Rs. (500+ Taxes) Instead of that they charged penalty on rs 500+taxes in every month and as on date the due has become rs. 1651.84/- and this amount only belongs to penalty i have not transact any single penny after that from Paytm postpaid and whenever they call for recovery they cut my call without listening my thoughts and not given any solution for reference i am attaching my Paytmpost paid passbook and account blocked screenshot.
