Gist of case : This is in regard to recent call from mobile no. for KYC updation on 27 th nov when I picked up the call, he asked me that he is from Paytm and wants to confirm my details for KYC . He already knew all my personal details i.e. Pan Card No. , DOB Etc to establish that call was genuine , though I did not tell him any details , then he asked me to scan my face on the Paytm app , in the mean time some how I caught hold of him n refused to stop the process as I fouled something wrong , I was relax that I have not revealed any OTP nor any details . To my shock today I got a call from IVR thru recoded line from tel no +918657947258 that there is due of INR 60885/- towards ABCL for my Paytm post paid . To my surprise it was shock n here in I justify few facts which I would like to apprise u :
1) I have not applied for any such post paid loan or shared any details like OTP , passwords with anyone
2) 60000/- loan sanctioned on 27 nov evening was immediately paid to Khushi fuel centre in 4 instalments of 15k each in between 17:23 to 17.25 Pm ( transaction ids could be retrieved from Paytm , this is evidently checked in this case of phishing where Paytm has involvement of internal employees or hackers who helped the scammers by providing some alternatives of OTP or passwords or running coloan prototype , or May be something else , even they have used fictitious email id in loan application to avoid any information reaches to customer ( me ) , you can further check the details/ credentials of Khushi filling station to get more details , my mobile was hacked so I did not get any otp or password for any loan or transaction disbursal , need outstanding to be removed from my Paytm post paid
