I had applied a loan of Rs. 20,000 from Paytm through my mother’s account. I am in serious financial crisis and also we are co-operating with the company but still they are verbally abusing us and also last month they came upto my home and assaulted us physically to make the payment. They are not offering settlement and they are demanding the money immediately. Please help me I cannot pay the amount now
