Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Mahender. S, I have downloaded PayTm app and have been using to pay some bills through PayTm vai banking since few days. But I saw if we add amount to PayTm and for first depositer’s will get some coupons or discounts than I added amount in the early hours on last Saturday, i.e., 10/08/2019 and saw the option PayTm First. I have chosen and it was deducted 750 rupees from my paytm wallet and later I got to know that this is paytm first membership which I did not know and I have raised quick request through email to PayTm, stating I did not have intention to take any membership and please cancel and deposit back to my wallet. But these people saying it cannot be refunded. I have sent several emails and spoke to them few times but still they are saying the same.
“There should not any clause that cannot be cancelled or refunded” as we see in other case like Credit Cards, shopping, they usually put return or cancellation in a speculated time so we can do it if we cannot like or dis-satisfy.
Here, my case is unintentionally I have opted that membership and requested multiple times to cancel but they cannot. Hence I did not find any other option and reaching you.
I strongly hope you will take any necessary actions to resolve my issue.
