I have been facing issues with paytm payments bank from 4 days. I have requested them multiple times to close my savings bank account and each of their reply takes 1 day. They keep asking for the reason for me to close my account to which i reply “I do not want to reveal just close my account”. A representative said I have to tell them a reason for the savings account to be closed. When I said I’m not using it the representative told me you can just keep it, I denied and he said “they will call you you can tell them the reason”. I tweeted at them multiple times and have been actively following up with them on Twitter direct messages. Please help with this.
