I Paid the amount of Rs 55702 on Nov 1,2022 for someone’s credit card’s Payment through Paytm but the amount was in processing due to technical issue and as it was said that if your amount will not be successful within 4 Hours then you can cancel the amount after 4 Hours and the payment could not be successful in 4 hours and after 4 hours when payment could not be successful then I got the option to cancel the payment there and I canceled the payment and the amount was refunded to me as I canceled the payment and the person from whom I had taken payment to settle the bill, I also returned that payment to him . From that day till today i.e. 8 months have passed. I didn’t receive any call or message from paytm end and suddenly I am getting message from paytm end that you have to pay 55702 to paytm which paytm paid to credit card on my basis. Also because of some technical issue of theirs . Even that’s not my credit card amount . I got a call from Paytmcare for the first time on 16th June that you have a payment. ₹ 55702 which was refunded to you due to some technical issue of Paytm. But the credit card payment was also paid by Paytm.I told all this to the customer care of Paytm. Whoever had this issue with me that day and I said that I did not receive any call or message from that day . but now you are calling me Suddenly after 8 months and saying that you have to pay an amount of ₹ 55702, even though it is not my credit card payment. If you know that person, then talk to that person directly. and even their executives told me that we update your issue as resolved and we will make sure that you will not get any kind of problem from our end .
I continously raise call in paytm from June and told them that i get a call from paytm end for paid the amount of Rs 55702 but they told me that paytm never call u and they told me that u avoid this types of call . so i avoid the calls but today I check on paytm payment bank they hold my amount of Rs. 55702 and I get the amount of Rs 483 from someone . they hold the amount and the amount was showing 0 Rs . they harassing me so much from last 2 Months they continously call me for paying the amount even i dont get a single message from the day of payment but after 8 month they suddenly told me to pay the amount but I m not able to paid this amount . so I request you to please help me regarging this .
