Text of Complaint by Arjun Singh:

 

Dear Consumer court,

Greetings

I got refund from Amazon Rs. 469. i provided my UPI ID to Amazon and they have transfered my refund and provided me transaction id which is 923916756810

But i have not received any money in my saving account, when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute.
