My money got deducted from .y patm wallet even when recythe time out msg during the transaction. I contacted the paytm care for the same and they are asking me to share that time out error msg screenshot.
I replied that I can’t reproduce the same msg now and hence have shrared the transaction detail for which money got deducted and the same amount is then transferred from me to the vendor.
Now that faild transaction is also showing successful transaction without receiving any success notification for the same.
And now the paytm care is not even respding to my queries it’s benn a week I haven’t heard anything from them. Please find the below screenshot for my queries
