Text of Complaint by Nishanth U:

On 30th of December 2020 I ordered the FasTag for my vehicle which was supposed to get delivered on 6th of Jan 2021
On 6th all of a sudden, my order status got the status as delivered. But neither me nor my family or my neighborhood received the order
If I complaint it to customer care, their response is same that my order is got delivered
