Hi Team,
I have ordered a Mobile Phone from Paytm on 4th March,Order Confirmed also. After some time due to some emergency i went to out of station. Immediately i called to Paytm Customer care and requested for Order cancelling.they said you can refuse your order at the time of delivery. I did same when courier called me.Status also updated as “As per our courier partner customer refused the delivery” on 6th March.
I’m waiting for refund money, usually it took one week to credit amount to credit card/bank. but for me its not happened i verified status on 15th march, really i m in shock after seeing that status as delivered.
On 7th March Status updated as Product delivered to Prasanna Kumar(unknown Person).
when actual customer refused the delivery what is the necessary to deliver a product to unknown person. After that i called to Paytm customer care about this issue simply they said we can’t help you you with this Its already product delivered.(But to whoom you delivered)
Again i contacted to blue dart people about product delivery they took one day to investigate and they informed that product with us only we are sending back to Shipper.
As Per Blue dart customer officer mail On 20th March Product delivered to shipper(Kiaan Marketing).
Again i reached to Kiaan Marketing Ananth(9313602868) , he said already we received product you can reach out to paytm for money refund.
But Still paytm people on same track saying we can’t help in this issue.
Here who is responsible for my Money.
Paytm giving worst response to customers.
Please do needful how to proceed further.
