I Vishal Yagnick had ordered 2 wrist watches – Titan and MEGIR under the order number 5345582674 on 11th June.
Titan was delivered on 15th June. While MEGIR is till date pending, whose delivery schedule was 26th june maximum.
I had called to PAYTM several times but no one has even picked up, and have also sent several messages thru app, but no revert till date.
When this morning ( 30/06/2018) – I called up GATI who was the courier partner being their AWB number as 670015682; they informed that the same has been returned by the shipper on 19th June itself. Surprisingly no one has updated for this return and neither the payment has been refunded.
This is humiliation of the customer and is very irritating; as the item was booked to gift some one and carries emotional values with it.
