Sir

This is a complaint against paytm for the order number 3109152190. The product was ordered on 20th April 2017 and not yet delivered to the address of delivery yet. Upon reaching out to the company over email and phone, the company claims that the product is delivered. Where as the delivery did not happen yet and the company is just playing around with the emotions of the customer. To be assured on the delivery actually happened i have requested the company to provide me the proof of delivery, way bill number and other tracking details. But the company has failed to do so since past 4 to 5 days. Every email and every call made to them has the same response that they are working on it and they will take another 24 to 48 hours but after passing 48 hours , i make a call again asking the status and am being given another time frame of 24 to 48 hours.

1. This is a mental torture of the company where it has not delivered the product and they are not either refunding the money
2. The amout of time and the calls i have made who would compensate that, the amount of mental torture wastage of time done on calling them, who would refund that

Sir by your medium i would like to bring this to your notice to have some strict action on paytm when they are playing with cusotmers emotions without actually performing their duties
