I ordered 5 packets of Atta from ITC store via paytm ONDC paltform on 6th Nov. This was supposed to be delivered on 7th Nov but delivery didn’t happen till 10th Nov and they cancel it themselves, charging me cancellation fees. I am unable to contact anyone. This is fraud where they are taking upfront payment, cancelling due to their service issues and charging customer back in name of order cancellation. Easy money making…
