Text of Complaint by Pradeep Kumar:

I have ordered Paneer tikka masala 500ml from Chicken Khurana and the restaurant sent me 300ml box…. when i reached out to paytm asking them that i have received wrong product…they simply said that the merchant sent the correct item and they cannot do anything in this and closed the help.query without any resolution. Even the restaurant didnt sent any bill with the delivery.
