I have placed order for 2 days. After choosing the food. next it goes Payment gateway, I choose UPI (google pay) then I paid the amount for the first time. Amount paid successfully. But it’s not ordered, again ordered via the same procedure. paid again. Now the ordered is placed. The first payment has successfully done. But waiting for refund. No support from Paytm side.
Same happened today. During my first order the payment done, but the order not place, Again I placed the order. the order successfully placed. and when I click Request support it shows Failed to create support ticket. please try again later.
