Today i have ordered a food from Paytm ONDC. Order details: mini triangle Paratha (pack of 3) of quantity 4. But i have received an order which contains 1 quantity of Paratha. (In that box it has only 3 Paratha) actually it is not even a Paratha it’s a chapathi with 1 qty of salna. For this they’ve charged Rs.282. also i raised a complaint through ondc.support@paytm.com. they just given a case number after that no proper response.
