I had received a cashback. Paytm said to provide KYC to authenticate the cashback. I kept trying for many times. But it just won’t update. Moreover, they have refunded my cashback to the dealer. Also, in one of my friend’s account, the order information and invoice is not available since July. We need the invoice for reimbursement.
