Hello,
I am writing in regards to the order booked on paytm regarding my hotel booking. After making hotel, I reached the hotel at 11am while I had been since 7am for a hotel to check in. When I reached I was told that check in is at 12pm and the hotel is already overbooked. Since I had been since 7am one would not wait for another 1 hour for an overbooked hotel, people were already waiting there. I was suggested by the receptionist to cancel the order on paytm and I will get my refund. I tried cancelling my booking. I couldn’t cancel the booking on the app so I called them and they are denying to return my money back. Following up since that day and they are closing my ticket again and again.
Just because I made the payment online doesn’t mean they are ought to keep my hard earned money when I didn’t even get the service.
Please help.
