I booked two bus tickets from Bangalore to Belagavi on Nov 2nd 2018 in sea bird travels from Paytm wallet.
As we completed 40% of the journey the bus catches fire due to rash driving and damaged bus parts.
We were asked to do other arrangements to reach our destinations at night 4:00 AM at the middle of the highway and promised that they will refund the amount of the journey along with the additional amount which would charge to reach our destination.
Me and my cousin had to reach our destination on time as we had to attend a function and we decided to take a cab which did cost us 5000 as it was night and emergency.
I raised a complaint on the same day and Paytm asked me to wait for 48 hours for the resolution.
Since then it’s been 12 days and I am not given any resolution. Even after the bus confirms the incidents, Paytm sent me a message saying no such incident happens on that day.
I took the Paytm executive and the bus company executive over a conference call and the bus company executive asked to provide the refund post confirming the ticket number.
Paytm executive asked me to wait for 48 hours for the refund but it’s been 96 hours now and no refund is been provided.
I am very fraustrated and want to lodge a complaint against Paytm.
