On 5th April 2020 (08:12 PM) I did a flight (Indigo) booking from Paytm with Order no-10689651921. Due to Covid-19 flight got cancelled and Airline had credited full amount into ‘Credit shell’. That time I had requested airlines to refund my amount from their ‘Credit shell’ option and on 29th April 2020, Airline (Indigo) had successfully refunded the completed amount to Paytm direct account. Multiple times I have already provided the confirmation mail of Indigo Airline to Paytm. But Paytm still denying on receiving any refund from Airlines. And they always reply with their generic statement which doesn’t make any sense.
I have also sent multiple messages to ‘Paytm’ and ‘Vijay Shekhar Sharma’ on Twitter to get an update on this, but no positive reply there as well.
I am really fed with Paytm services. They are only taking advantage of Covid-19 period and making people’s fool.
Please help on this matter.
