I sent money to my sis rs 10000 on 15th march 2021. But after successful transfer i came to know that she had blocked the account few days back only and now she is not able to login.
I raised ticket at paytm site i received weird response without checking the actual issue they sent copy paste response that we are not able to contact recipient. However this is not really the case i further communicated to them with full details they again sent same response. Could you please help me out so that either paytm should activate the receipient account so that she use the money or should return my money back to my paytm.
