I booked a flight ticket for 04th april 2020, which got cancelled due to lockdown and DGCA gave guidelines that full refund should be credit to the customer. As per DGCA guidelines i raised a refund through paytm, they keep telling me that airline is not verifying the refund for 6 months and after that they told me that refund has been initiated on 03rd march 2021 but i have not received any refund in my account. I enquire to the bank and they also told me nothing has been credited. When i asked paytm about this they told me to share the bank statement. I shared the same on 25th march 2021 and again on 26th march 2021. Now they told me to wait for 7 days. Again i called them on 1st april 2021 again got the same reply to wait for 7 days. Again called on 9th april 2021 got the same reply and now again i called on 15th april 2021. I got the same reply to wait for 7 days.
Now its been one year and they are not refunding my money.
