This is regarding the cancellation of flight tickets for Mr. Devendra Sarma and Mrs. Usha Rani Goswami booked for Guwahati to Chennai and Chennai to Guwahati through Paytm. We have not received the refund even after various complaints to Spice Jet and Paytm.
Ticket Details:
Spice Jet SG- 610 : Guwahati to Chennai, Dated 10 April 2020Spice Jet  SG – 345: Chennai to Guwahati, Dated 19 April 2020
Paytm also stated that they have initiated the refund, but the refund has not been reflected on the bank account which was initial payment mode and neither the paytm wallet. We have been troubled by the agency and our money has been blocked till date.
