I booked spicejet air ticket on 19th August through paytm app. The flight got cancelled and spicejet team told me that they have refunded the money. But paytm is not returning that money to me. It has been 1.5 month. I have been constantly trying to reach them. Everytime, they say that the request is in process and will reach back to me shortly, but do not update me after that. I have to call them again everytime. They do not tell me what is going on, why is it in progress since a month.
