Text of Complaint by Meghna Mittal:

I booked Airlines ticket on 17/03/2020 through paytm and got it cancelled in Feb 2021 but Paytm contacted me on 18/03/2021 for the refund. I provided them all my Bank Details but they didn’t revert. Now they are not picking up my calls and answering to any of my Emails.
