Dear Sir,
I have been trying call @ your call centre since yesterday on this 0120-4456-456 for fraudulent transaction on my patym ac.
919332076603 of amount Rs-41000/-.
Call centre has kept me on hold for 40 mins 3 times consecutively but I was never transferred to the guy again only leaving me listening waiting ringtone.It was never expected from PAYTM considering the reputation and services when it is most needed.
So I am knocking your door hoping quick resolution and refund of my fraud amount.
I was falsely frauded without giving any OTP or authentication during all the transactions which can be verified too .
