28 th june 2022: POS machine booked by online payment of 4499 specifically stating that it is needed for transaction of international cards..
6Th July 20222; POS machine received
7th July 2022: Email sent on customer care stating that the machine is not enabled for international cards acceptance
7Th july 20222: Some additional documents asked by Paytm 7th July: all relevant documents submitted.
9th July 2022: Reminder mail sent by me for ststus update.
12th July: Email sent for status enquiry
17 Th July 2022; Reply received from Paytm that documents under verifcation. 2-3 days more needed 19Th July: Reminder mail sent by me for status update.
21 July 2022: Reminder mail sent by me again.
28 July 2022: Paytm asks for opening up of a current account for international cards acceptance. No such information was provided any time before.
29th July 2022: Current account opened and the details uploaded on Paytm app.
30 Th July 2022: Reply from Paytm that it will again take 7-10 days more for verification. August 3, 2022: Reminder to Paytm for status update.
August 4, 2022: Request for refund placed by me.
August 9 , 2022: POS machine picked up from our premises. Refund promised in 7-10 days. August 29, 2022: Reminder for refund. No response from Paytm.
