Have booked air tickets through paytm in March 2020 for travel in april 2020. Due to lockdown travel was cancelled. Indigo Airlines refunded the amount of Rs 30,000(approx) to Paytm in June 2020. But paytm has not refunded the amount to me after several email/phone calls reminder. Everytime they say they are working on it.
