Paytm is no refunding those who have booked ticket in Jetairways where as the people already got refunded from other portal, they booked through. !!
Also there is no news/option available in Paytm web portal where customer can check the refund status as well, .
Customer service people always says they haven’t received the refund from Jetairways and dont know when It happens..
How could we believe these business people whether they are keeping our money for business investment after receiving form Jet management.
I have relay a doubt about the credibility of paytm services .. (Paytm booking ID:- 7088507683). Paytm already took their service charge also.
