Pos machine return karke 20 se 25 days ho chuke hai fir bhi aaj tak mera payment refund nahi hua hai mujhe medical problem hai patient admit hai hospital me mujhe paise ki bahut jarurat hai main 11 nov se continue call kar raha hu appke senior excutive ka call aaya tha unhone bola tha 1 se 2 din me appko payment aa jayega lekin abhi tak payment return nahi aaya aur aaj customer care call kiya to wo bol rahe aur 5 din rukna padega appki company bahut pareshan kar rahi hai main mera payment mang raha hu Paytm ko payment refund karne me kya problem hai already maine machine 8 din ke andar return kar diya tha lekin appke engineer ne 25 din mujhe surrender receipt nahi diya 25 oct ko receipt diya uske baad Paytm company pareshan kar rahe hai agar mere paitient ko kuch hua toh uski puri responsibilty paytm company ki hogi
