Booked ticket from Indore to Hyderabad due to change to plan I have to cancel the ticket but I was not getting any option there so I called Paytm and after confirmation that 3400 INR amount should be refunded I approved Paytm employee to cancel the ticket.
But the amount what I got was 40 INR, I raised ticket to Paytm they said they will be contacting Airlines for it.
After few days I called them again for update then I came to know that the amount is refunded from airlines but stuck in Paytm NEFT team.
And now It is more than 3 months I am just taking update they said they have processed the 4900 INR amount but stuck in NEFT will get on 8-Jan-2020,
today on 9-Jan-2020 I called the guy named Jayant picked the call I just asked him to give me the date on which I should be getting my amount on mail, he said he cant commit on the date I said it is more than 3 months now, I said transfer the call to supervisor he asked me to put the call on hold so that he can transfer the call.
I said yes and then I waited for 15 mins no one came on the call and suddenly they disconnected the call.
didn’t expect this from Paytm
