I booked two bus ticket from mehsana to ahmedabad with bus timing 03:20 PM to 5:15 PM on date 19-05-2022 on paytm.
According to cancellation policy, i am supposed to get refund of 75% if i cancel the ticket before 02:19 PM of 19-05-2022.(see attached screenshot).
When i tried to cancel the tickets on 19-05-2022 at 12:30 PM, Paytm denied my refund with false excuses.
Thereafter, i tried to contact customer care on paytm several times, but they denied refund everytime.
I believe it is fraud conducted by paytm.
