Hi
I transferred fund to my to someone from Paytm post paid account on 12 February 2023 but he didn’t receive amount I and he both complaint to Paytm regarding this problem Paytm suggest me that receiver account KYC is not varified first varify the KYC amount will be deposited but after KYC varification Paytm is not depositing the amount and giving us round round answer
Pls advise me what to do so that Paytm give our money
