Sir, I have ordered fastag from paytm.. the order numbers are 9632941490 and 9838023421. Both orders were canceled by paytm. But my vehicle number is linked with the paytm fastag account. Because of which I’m not able purchase another fastag. And paying double the cost at thre toll. In this regard I called the call centre several times. But still it’s not delinked. Last two occasions I called are 14 th and 19 th December. Till now the issue is not resolved. I am paying double the amount in the toll plazas.
